Product Offering

DVeM is a software service that helps teams review, approve, block, and record evidence for external actions performed by AI agents and automation systems.

It is designed for workflows where AI tools may draft or request actions such as sending emails, making API calls, sharing documents, or initiating other outbound operations. DVeM does not execute those actions directly. Instead, it provides a policy-based authorization layer that evaluates the action, determines whether it should be allowed, require human approval, or be blocked, and keeps an auditable record of the decision.

Key Features

Action review Analyze AI or automation requests before they are executed.
Approval workflow Route higher-risk actions for human approval.
Blocking rules Prevent unsafe or unauthorized actions from proceeding.
Evidence records Keep a record of requests, decisions, approvals, and receipts.
Policy-based controls Apply organization-specific rules for outbound actions.
Developer integration Connect DVeM to agent workflows through API or MCP-style integrations.

How DVeM Works

  1. An AI agent or automation system creates an action request.
  2. DVeM receives the request and evaluates it against configured policies.
  3. DVeM returns a decision: allow, require approval, or block.
  4. If approval is required, a human reviewer can approve or reject the request.
  5. DVeM records the decision and related evidence for audit and review.

Customer Benefits

DVeM helps customers reduce the risk of unintended AI actions, improve oversight of automated workflows, and maintain evidence of authorization decisions. It is especially useful for teams building AI agents that need controlled access to external tools, email, APIs, or business systems.
